International Development and Technical Assistance

Ti seeks to promote stability, good governance, and economic development in all communities where we work by assisting government officials meet local needs for essential services such as electricity, clean water, safe roads, schools, health care, and environmental protection. We utilize some of the most advanced and proven renewable energy systems, better sanitation practices, water conservation, workforce development (gender and marginalized groups inclusion) and job creation.

 

In the past two decade, Ti has employed and trained more than 2,500 people in a wide variety of professional fields. Numerous Ti alumni now apply their new skills in government, nongovernmental organizations, and the private sector. Our capacity-building program combines course work along with field experience to ensure that learned skills are tested in real-world situations.

 

Wherever possible, Ti partners with local contractors, workers, and suppliers to support stable communities and to provide employment. Ti training also assists local small businesses develop; the financial, management, and marketing skills necessary to succeed in today’s modern world.
